The Greystone Village Homeowners' Association is managed by a group of volunteers that make up its Board of Directors with the help of Charleston Management Corporation. All homeowners are invited to get involve and help us make our community even better. Individuals that are interested in discovering more are welcome to attend the next Board of Directors meeting or Contact the Board directly anytime.

Swim & Racket Club
The Greystone Village Homeowners’ Association includes a Swim & Racquet Club on an 8 acre site that has a 10 Lane Swimming Pool, 4 tennis courts and 2 Sand Volleyball Courts. The club is run as a subsidiary of the Greystone Village Homeowners’ Association and is independently managed. It receives no funds from the HOA. It is open to membership to both Greystone HOA members as well as non-Greystone HOA members.

Bi-Monthly Board of Directors Meetings
The Board of Directors meets every other month on the 3rd Thursday evening at 7:00pm at the Charleston Management office at 812 Salem Woods Dr #101, Raleigh, NC 27615. This is the ideal opportunity for any Greystone resident to attend in person and share concerns during the 7:00-7:20 timeframe. At 7:20, the board’s meeting begins for directors only.

Annual HOA Meetings
The Board of Directors meets once annually, inviting all residents of Greystone Village to attend. This is an opportunity for neighbors and board members to connect. Board members have an opportunity to share a “state of our union.” Elections of new board members take place at this time as well.

We are excited to share in the growth of our connection within the Greystone Village community. We believe that a strong HOA can foster excellent communication between neighbors, maintain a standard of living that we can all enjoy and ultimately, an excellent community in which to live.
