Organization: They should be able to stay organized and handle conflicts quickly
Communication
Clear communication: They should be able to communicate clearly with a large audience
Active listening: They should be willing to listen to residents' concerns and requests
Effective solutions: They should be able to use communication skills to find solutions to issues
Integrity
Honesty and fairness: They should be honest and fair, and follow local laws and restrictions
Respect: They should respect all community members and implement rules fairly
Community-oriented
Enthusiasm: They should be enthusiastic about community issues and building a sense of community
Long-term planning: They should be able to visualize the community's growth and make long-term plans
