Every other month, a group of neighbors gathers together with the HOA board members who are committed to the stewardship of the common areas of Greystone. The Lakes & Grounds Committee exists to maintain the beauty, safety, and health of our natural areas including the lakes, creeks, trails, signage and structures therein. As you can imagine, this is no small effort and everyone is welcome to join the conversation and pitch in.

During this meeting, the Committee Chair, Deborah Stagner, offers an overview of current projects and upcoming projects. Neighbors have an opportunity to sign up to get involved, ask questions, and raise any concerns that need the committee’s attention.
